Profile & verification
You create your profile and set out your mission objectives. Our team verifies your identity, specialty and qualifications. This step protects the quality of the whole network. It usually takes 2 to 3 business days. You receive written confirmation once your profile is validated.
Matching
We cross-reference your specialty, your availability and the type of mission you are looking for. You receive one or more concrete proposals, not a generic list of opportunities. Each proposal is validated by our team before being presented to you. This matching work usually takes 5 to 10 business days. You keep the final decision to accept the proposed mission or not.
Administrative framework
We prepare the invitations, agreements and institutional approvals required for your mission. Each document is checked before being sent to the parties involved. You don't have to negotiate alone with an institution you don't know. This step secures your mission, for you as much as for the host structure. The timeline depends on the partner institution's responsiveness.
Logistical preparation
Accommodation, transport and local coordination are arranged before your departure. A local contact is appointed for each mission. Safety is an integral part of our preparation framework. You receive a complete mission pack before departure: contacts, schedule, practical guidance. This step lets you arrive prepared, with no logistical surprises.
On-the-ground follow-up
You are supported throughout your mission. Local support remains available for any question or unexpected event. Any incident escalation is handled without delay by our team. We stay in regular contact with you and with the host structure. This continuous support is what sets an organised mission apart from a mere plane ticket.
Review & certification
At the end of your mission, we issue a certificate and a certificate of participation. We gather your feedback through a satisfaction survey (NPS). Your mission file is archived for your future professional steps. This complete professional documentation showcases your commitment to your professional body, employer or institution. For many, it also marks the start of a next mission.
