Purpose of the service
Medicasure Connect provides a service coordinating medical cooperation missions. This service does not constitute medical advice.
Ordering
Every request is submitted via the /demande form. A personalised quote is then sent. The mission is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
Payment terms
A 50% deposit is due upon confirmation of the mission. The balance is invoiced at the close of the mission.
Cancellation and refund
Cancellation and refund terms are specified according to the conditions of the quote. Detailed policy to be defined before publication.
Limitation of liability
Medicasure Connect acts as a mission coordinator, not as a provider of medical care. Medicasure Connect's liability cannot be engaged beyond the coordination services described in the quote.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
