Institutional partnerships
Three formats of structured cooperation between African and European institutions.
Our partnership formats
Hospital twinning
Two establishments formalise lasting cooperation: staff exchanges, shared protocols, cross missions. The agreement specifies each party's commitments.
University cooperation
Two faculties or schools organise supervised academic exchanges: students, teachers, joint programmes. The partnership is built to last.
Joint research programmes
Two research teams share a common project, with a clear split of roles and resources. The programme may include field missions.
- Matching process: presentation of needs, identification of the suitable partner, drafting of the agreement.
- Partnership duration: generally 1 to 3 years, renewable.
- Who it's for: hospitals, universities, research centres, paramedical schools.
